Online therapy
When psychotherapy in person is not possible due to travel, illness or other plausible reasons, online sessions offer a way to continue the therapy process. If possible, it is preferable to have in-person contact initially, before continuing online. Online sessions are not always indicated and screening is necessary to determine if online engagement will be suitable.
In circumstances such as those currently dictated by Covid-19, many people with existing mental health difficulties could benefit from the assistance made possible by online engagement. If you have been considering engaging in a therapy process for some time, and with more time available, now might be an opportunity to start on a journey of growth and change.
Online sessions are conducted via the Zoom app or Whatsapp Video call.
