Online therapy

When psychotherapy in person is not possible due to travel, illness or other plausible reasons, online sessions offer a way to continue the therapy process. If possible, it is preferable to have in-person contact initially, before continuing online. Online sessions are not always indicated and screening is necessary to determine if online engagement will be suitable.

If you have been considering engaging in a therapy process for some time, now might be an opportunity to start on a journey of growth and change.

Online sessions are conducted via the Zoom app or Whatsapp Video call.
