Therapeutic approach

My approach is based on a psychodynamic foundation which acknowledges the relevance of early experience in later life. Therapeutic interventions are determined by the unique needs and process of the individual or couple. I am trained in BWRT (Level 1) and use this in working with trauma.

I provide an accepting, safe and supportive space in which to explore and confront difficulties.

The therapeutic relationship, with patient and therapist as active participants, encourages an internal journey leading to growth and healing of the self and of relationships.
